families, to the education of the general public and professionals, and

- Operate the main Seattle office and a branch office in Spokane. Additional outreach is available to Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska
- Grief support for bereaved families
- Coordinated support services, educational outreach, and awareness campaigns
- Co-sponsorship, with the Washington State Department of Health, of trainings for health care providers, professoinal counselors, child care providers, and public health nurses
- Trainings for investigators and other first responders on infant death investigation protocol and incident support of families
