NISA-SIDS GRIEF COMPANION SUPPORT PROGRAM

The NISA-SIDS Grief Companion Support Program is dedicated to providing informational and emotional support to anyone affected by SIDS or SUID. The grief you feel over your baby's sudden death is an especially difficult time and it often helps to speak with someone who understands the pain you are experiencing. A "Grief Companion" is a trained volunteer who can offer you a chance to share your grief and encourage you through this difficult time.

If you have experienced the loss of an infant to SIDS or SUID and you need to talk with someone, please contact the NISA-SIDS office at 206-548-9290 or 1-800-533-0376. Please keep in mind we do not offer professional grief counseling or crisis counseling. If you are in crisis, please call the crisis line at 206-461-3222 or 1-800-244-5767.
